I am looking through the window
I am trying to see
If there’s any way that maybe

I don’t understand the world
No one ever really does

I’d be grateful if you did
There are many things I can’t comprehend
There are many things I won’t try

I can’t do so many things

Some nights I lie awake and wonder
Are the stars really there?
